• Went to czech for 3 months, the things I saw were shocking, the job is a nightmare and pino is a unpleasant man. I also got fired on the spot with no reason

• Been a while since I went to the assessment day, but it was pretty sound and fact is I took a lot away from it, which is more than I can say about most recruitment agencies I interviewed with, large or small. I was lucky, got an offer and started in Czech, which is pretty cool, unlike anything much I expected. People are sound and the city itself actually offers a bit for its size. Left a few weeks ago though, recruitment is too target driven for me and I eventually figured I'd rather work in a more steady job. Recommended though.

• I attended an Assessment Day two weeks ago and have to say, I was really, really impressed. I wasnt offered a position in the end however the day and the way the company came across was first class. If you want to get into recruitment - NonStop would be the place to be it would appear. Only positives from me.

• I actually attended an assessment day with Nonstop recruitment a few weeks ago. I too found it to be really informative. It was a long day but I actually learned a lot. I did get feedback 3 days after the interview and I was rejected. Pretty disappointed as it seemed like a great job. Although I was pretty annoyed about not getting the job at least I got some decent feedback from the internal recruiter. I actually have an interview with another recruitment company this week and hopefully the feedback I got will help me do better at this next interview.

• I have recently graduated from University and I was invited for an interview. I went for the interview last week and I found the set-up of the assessment very beneficial. I concluded that the type of role is not really for me but the feedback i received during the day opened my eyes a bit more on the commercial world. The people that turned up late were sent home and that was a bit harsh, but yet fair since they want to hire punctual people. Overall it was a good experience even thought the job is not really for me.

• My email to them: You should have known I applied a month ago and did not turn up for that interview AND I am not willing to move to Czech Republic. Please improve you selection skills and do not waist my time. BEAWARE Pino Nicholson - very rude

• I recently applied for a job with Non Stop Recruitment. I was invited to the assessment day at their head office in London Bridge. The assessment day was from 9am-6pm. It was informative. However, I was really disappointed with their lack of feedbacks. During the assessment, Non Stop prided itself on giving honest and logical feedback. As at the time of this review, no feedback has been given (in either electronically or paper based). It advertised the position as £20,000 pa. But in fact, they are paying you equivalent of 'quality of life worth £20,000 in Pradubice, Czech Republic'. In real term, the amount you will be paid will be £12,000! Pecuniary advantage? Who cares about the 'quality/way of life' when you cant pay what you actually advertise. You get your training in Pradubice for about 6-9 months, with a choice to relocate to other locations. However, if you do decide to come back to the UK, you will have to justify why you want to come back (even though the position is advertised in the UK). They want you to relocate to the Czech Republic, but they will not pay for you to go there. I feel this recruitment agency is not really a good one and it fails on its promise of feedback!
