• Abysmal service Hornby trainset bought in march. loco faulty on delivery. returned for repair. 3 months later still not returned. Given 14 days to return or Trading standards engaged and small claims initiated. Absolutely do not recomend.

• Very disappointed with the service, which has previously been good. I am still waiting for an order placed on 28th July. Phone calls default to a message asking me to e-mail which I have done four times in the last month without getting any response. I appreciate that Covid is causing all sorts of problems but this is dreadful service - and I am sorry to have to say so.

• Thank you for my order received today and for very prompt attention. I am delighted with the laser cut station signs and will have them on my layout by early next week. Excellent service will deal with you again. Regards.
