• Booked an Airport transfer from E14 to Heathrow during recent Tube strike. They received my booking through comparison website call Taxicode. Accepted my booking 19 hours prior to pick up time. Then cancelled it just shy of one hour to pick up time via email. No explanation . When rang the office, Excuse was price is too low. Then why accept and send a confirmation and why not call me and inform the situation so either I could have agreed to the price or find another taxi company. Very very bad service. Due to the tube strike instead of original £40.00 price tag for this journey, I ended up paying £130.00 to a black cab. Lucky I checked my mail on time. I could have missed my flight on this day costing me further £950.00 if I waited for driver to come because they did not even bother to call. No apology for their unreasonable behaviour. They made me experience most stressful day of my life to this date.
