• I manage Oxfam Steyning, well, since Feb of this year. All of our current volunteers are beyond helpful and friendly and I would welcome you Alison to pop in for a chat. Oxfam does have policies with regard to safety seats etc. Basically we cannot guarantee their safety and the safety of children is important 😄 👍 xx

• I visited the oxfam shop in steyning and found the volunteer rude and unhelful and in future will take my donations to St Barnabas where they know how important simple good manners are.

• Very snobbish - turned down virtually new pram,pushchair moses basket car seats without even enquiring about condition - lazy rude and will never get a donation from me again
