• I dropped my hoover off at PHC on Thursday afternoon because it was sounding awful and collected it fixed on Friday afternoon. Back in time for the weekend. Just got charged £24.99 for a new brush and £15 to diagnose and repair it.

• Had my kirby serviced by PHC yesterday and found them to be reely profesional. Engineer was reely nice and explained everything thoroghly. kirby now works perfect.

• This company is a joke! All the engineers do is clean the Hoover and then attempt to sell over priced, non genuine or necessary parts! This company is a sales company not service!
