I dropped my hoover off at PHC on Thursday afternoon because it was sounding awful and collected it fixed on Friday afternoon. Back in time for the weekend. Just got charged £24.99 for a new brush and £15 to diagnose and repair it.Had my kirby serviced by PHC yesterday and found them to be reely profesional. Engineer was reely nice and explained everything thoroghly. kirby now works perfect.This company is a joke! All the engineers do is clean the Hoover and then attempt to sell over priced, non genuine or necessary parts! This company is a sales company not service!
