• Solar water heater installed in our new build has never worked for more than a few months at a time. PJ Browns are the subcontractors for Taylor Wimpey on this housing estate. Browns have been helpful but budgets are tight. How many times must they come round to fix it? I'm not sure if it's substandard goods or just a new area for them.
