• They came to service our boiler Wednesday came an hour later than agreed, no apologies/reason. Soaked our window and sink running the hot water tap too fast, no apologies/attempt to wipe it down. Supposed to come round Thursday, no show/phone call. Common courtesy guys, it goes a really long way, really disappointed. Avoid!!
