• It is a shame I have to give this service even 1 star. Ordered a taxi and was assured it would come in "2 minutes". After waiting 10 minutes, I rang to check it was still coming and was told it was. Another 15 minutes pass - waiting 25 minutes in total - I rang once more and was told they weren't coming and then they hung up on me! Made a difficult day much harder and I was cold, upset and left to stand in the dark for 25 minutes. Horrible man answering the phone and horrible service, AVOID.
