• Is one of those franchises (PAPA JOHNS PIZZA SLOUGH) which didn't deliver what they claim to be one of the best place to order on-line and expect the best customer service, come to think of it, thier pizza was RUBBISH. They won't deliver what you have ordered and when you tell them that they've made a mistake or have delivered the wrong pizza you won't get any apologies from the staff (name in shame: Ali), as a matter of fact, the staff will argue with you instead of aplogising. I also asked for the manager (name in shame: Naveen), but said manager will just ignore you and won't speak to you. I used thier services because they are the nearest one to my address and having family visitors, I thought that it would be nice to have a pizza/ movie night. But PAPA JOHNS PIZZA SLOUGH ruined our night. SHAME ON YOU!!! For those who are planning to have pizza delivered, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST this place, unless you want to take the risk and eat after a couple of hours from the time that you want your food delivered, and if you will get the right order as well- you might receive other customer's order. GOOD LUCK! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!
