• Messed up our conveyancing and sold the wrong house! So we could not get the keys to the property we were supposed to move in to on the day! Even worse, Mr Browne gave us the wrong information and said we would not need an LPA for Health and Wellbeing, back in 2010, and now it transpires we did need one as relative is in long term residential care and you don't have leg to stand on with out one! My advice: find another solicitor!
