• I part exchanged my mini for a Toyota iq and got a genuine deal. Tim and Katie the owners gave an exceptional service. They are very genuine and helpful. As a lady on my own buying a car I was a bit nervous going on my own. They were really good at giving me advice, put it through its mot and updated parts. They were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely go back there for my next car and would recommend anyone else too. Their service is outstanding ! They make a great team !

• I have bought seven cars in the last five years and have to say, the service I received from PartXCentre Castle Donnington was second to none! The car was excellent condition and clearly very well cared for by the previous owners, the only slight issue was a slow puncture in one of the tyres which they sorted there any then, literally. The car was professionally valeted and almost like new. The staff are great, polite and friendly and very honest. On returning to pick up the car it felt like being reunited with old friends, rather a used car dealer that I had met for the first time the previous day! Within a couple of weeks the airbag warning light came on, I let them know and they apologised profusely, almost like it was their fault, they made time to see me the SAME day to get the problem sorted. They will help in any way they can, they got my number plates sorted so I could transfer my private reg and contacted the previous owners to try and locate the missing spare key! In conclusion, top class service and a great experience, I would highly recommend PartXCentre to anyone!
