• we use the cowplain pdsa and i have to say they are excellent and our dog max loves going there,he especially loves the female vets because they make such a fuss of him and he laps it up,all the vets there are nurses and reception staff are wonderful,but it amazes me how many people sit there moaning if they have to wait.for goodness sake it's a charity doing a wonderful job,all hail them is what we think :)

• Do not even bother with the Cowplain branch, unless you like being treated like dirt by the reception staff.
