• Great food, customer service appalling, the person on the counter was rude and disinterested, more worried about messing around with her phone, no please or thank you - no manners at all !!

• TERRIBLE. Phoned order at 7.15 told within the hr. Phoned 8.15 told hour and half. I said no. She said on its way. 8.30 phoned to say cancel order. No apology just ok. 8.34 got phone call to say they would charge less for food. I suppose that something. Meal arrived at 8.45!! That's bad even for the roadworks in Bodmin. They are less then a mile away. Food good. Service bad

• Hi, I personally like the food but I have to say that customer care is very poor. They serve people with a really bad attitude.

• Worse chinese i have ever been to. Didn't even have or know some of the chinese dishes available elsewhere. Expensive and took the wrong order so part of my order was wrong. when questioned about it, was rude and not understanding. would give it no stars if that was an option.

• Absutely appalled by the service I recieced! Normally order from here all the time but tonight I rang up to be told delivery is 2 hours and collection is 1! So I told the lady I would collect I turned up after wasting £4 patrol to be told she sent it on delivery I asked for my money back and went home! My other half rang and said we are not paying delivery chargers due to the mess that was made, the lady said 'oh okay' and that was that! I ordered at 6:36, at 8:36 I rang and said I haven't recived my order to be told she cancelled it! Absolutely appalled! Not even an apology to make up for the mistake made! Will never go to this chinese again!

• worst service i have seen in a longtime. i ordered loads off food and i did ask for a few things to b changed (extra sauce in sweet and sour hongkong style and no prawns in hot and sour soup as my girlfriend was pregnant at the time) when the food finally arrived the soup lid was broken and most of the soup was running around the bottom of the bag. what was left in the soup had a massive amount of prawns in!!!!! big no no when your pregnant!!!! the curry sauce lid was also broken and the curry sause was joining the soup in the bottom of the bag. the sweet and sour had even less sauce than normal and the tube was only 3/4 full. to the point where i could see the bottom off the tub al over the place. now i know some places add more sauce than others but after explaining i wanted extra sauce i was discusted. (this was a common problem when i used to eat there out of 8 times of ordering i only got the sauce once and then i had to phone to complain and they sent a driver with a little tub of it) anyway when i phoned up to complain this time i explained what the problems were and i was meet with a very shirty responce from the girl working the phone with the comment "what do you want me to do about it?" i explained they shud fix the problem and was then told there was no problem as thats how the food comes from there. i stated that the customer was always rite and was told that apparntly theres nothing she can do because it would come out of her wages. dont worry i know she was talkin bull to me. all in all i dont think i could find a worse service. i will warn anyone reading this to avoid the place at all cost as they dont deserve your custom!!! if i could give no stars i would but it seems i have to put 1. i

• Actually...was a little dubious after reading the one review that there was on this take away. However, I was HUNGRY, and needed somewhere that could deliver, so placed my order. They told me it would be with me within the hour. The order arrived in 20 mins, and the food was fab! If I have to give a negative comment, it is that the first person who answered the phone couldn't understand my accent, and so I had to speak to a second. Is that a reason to complain? I don't think so!
