• Pemberton taxis DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Totally incompetent! We were advised to use this firm for my 75 year old mum who suffers from dementia. I booked a taxi from the memory day care to our home address the staff at the day care centre put her in the taxi but instead of bringing her safely home I had a phone call from a chemist to say a member of the public had found my mum wandering in the street very distressed and confused they were able to locate me through medical records and she was reunited with her family. This was very distressing for ourselves the staff at the day centre and my mum. If you are looking for a trust worthy taxi firm for your teenage children or vulnerable relatives DO NOT USE Pemberton taxis.
