Ashley Rowland has never finished my rendering. Ordered more plaster at the cost of £300 and 9 months later I am still waiting for job to be finished. Plaster has ruined because of weather conditions. He has promised on numerous occasion to finish but never turns up. He wont answer phone or return messages. Would never recommend. Avoid
