• Booked an appointment for 8am - 12 noon. Got a phone call late morning telling me they were running late and could I rebook for the later slot of 12noon - 4pm. Agreed. Got a call later that afternoon saying they are running late and could I rebook for 4pm - 6pm. I agreed. Got another call later on saying they might not be able to attend at all that day !!! Spoke to manager Amy who I must say was the most unhelpful / abrupt manager I have ever spoke to. Amy could not even arrange for someone to call first call the following day. Very very unprofessional service. Don't use unless you want to sit in all day and be continually let down only for an unhelpful manager (Amy) to shout down the phone at you. Steer clear.

• I booked them to come and fix my boiler on Friday afternoon. I got a call around 3pm to say they couldn't make it and they would be there on Saturday morning. After moving everything around on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning I got a call to say they could not make it and would come on Saturday afternoon which I can't make. They told me to book with someone else. Totally unreliable service and I'm surprised they are still in business. Don't use these guys.

• avoid avoid added parts to job that i didnt need , without asking me first. . http://plumbingforce.co.uk chaged me £125 to install a cooker and even then didnt secure it to the wall with the right amount of screws. was quoted £65 by another company
