• Recently had an appalling experience here. Ordered and paid for some new contact lenses two months ago, and have tried no less than FOUR pairs, none of which were right and all of which gave me blurred vision. Finally asked for my money back, and was charged £60 for the aftercare check-up (£35 last time I paid), and was told they wouldn't charge me for the 7 visits I made to collect, return and try out the lenses, all at my expense, time and inconvenience. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!
