Terrible customer care at this shop. The owner was heavy handed in putting a new battery in my expensive watch, causing damage to the battery area, resulting in the battery not remaining in the correct position to power the watch! When i asked for the problem to be rectified the owner became very aggressive and rude and had no respect at all for me as a customer. He denied any responsibility for damaging the watch. Would never return and would suggest you avoid!Rating history and distribution
