• Previously phoned the company expressing my interest in a car. I looked at the car on the forecourt, liked the look of it so I asked for a test drive. I was told the car was in perfect working order and if I took the car out of the forecourt(even with the salesman in the car) that they would want the deposit that day. I explained to the salesman that I would be happy to give a deposit on the car if I liked how it drove etc. He further continued to be very rude and said that there was no reason that I wouldn't want the car and that he wanted my word I would put a deposit down after the test drive. I asked for the manager as I would not be promising a deposit before the test drive. I waited in the office for 15mins until the manager finished his phone call, the salesman went in to him to explain the situation and the answer was I don't want to know them without the promise of a deposit. The manager didn't have the decency to come out of his office and discuss the situation. Terrible customer service, rude salesman and manager would never give them the time of day again.

• Told on phone car had Full service history and was stunning. In fact car had partial history and was totally unremarkable. No Radio. Faulty airbag. Blistered paintwork. Original steering wheel and gear shift had been replaced with BMW 'M' versions. Boy racer car advertised as family vehicle! Wasted journey.

• Rude and aggressive sales man, shouting me down if I queried what he was saying. Refused to negotiate price. Really tried to make out he knew everything and I didn't know anything. Not a hint of customer courtesy. Acted like he was doing me a favour selling me a car. If this is the pre sale customer service I wouldn't like to experience any after sales problem with them once they have your hard earned money. Would not recommend.
