"Poundbury Pilates is a fully equipped and dedicated Pilates studio offering Reformer and matwork classes under expert tuition. The studio is idyllically situated on Poundbury’s Buttermarket Square near to Dorchester and Weymouth.At Poundbury Pilates, we strive to raise your well-being through high quality personalised teaching that matches your fitness level and goals. We believe everyone can benefit from regular practice of Pilates .Our classes are small with no more than six people, allowing for plenty of individual attention and maximum benefit from your Pilates practice.We offer group Reformer and group matwork Pilates classes as well as Pilates 1:1 private training and Pilates 2:1 private training for couples or friends. We also offer Pilates gym classes which is a combination of matwork and equipment directed at your individual needs and goals.Classes are taught by studio owner, Ruth Cowell an experienced teacher qualified under the Pilates Foundation and recognised by the NHS Trust Association in its Directory of Health Service Providers.Why not take advantage of our regular special offers on group and private classes?
