• Avoid. Rudest people ever. Ordered a pick-up from Gatwick to Hythe last month. Driver was late and didn’t have a mask. We queried this and he retorted by saying if we were so worried, why did we visit an amber country? Rude. He backtracked a bit and offered to stop and buy one, but we had a spare which he used. Also drove all the way without a seat belt. Then my daughter booked one to pick her up from the station yesterday.The train was 5 minutes late and as she was arriving got a call saying that the car wouldn’t wait, and Premier cancelled the booking. Foolishly they booked them for the return journey at 2.30 today. The driver was 10 mins early. She said she’d be down in a few minutes, and reached the car at 2.27. The driver was annoyed and said he was about to leave. And went on to complain about he was trying to make a living. All very unpleasant. Don’t bother with them.
