• Beautiful dresses, awful service I'm awaiting a 100 refund for a dress I returned, this was 8 weeks ago.....still no refund!! Sent various emails and still haven't received my refund!

• I also ordered a dress and the money came out straight away but I had to e mail 3 weeks later to see where it was,it then arrived the next week. I really loved my dress and I felt Amazing in it! Would like to order another one but I'm not sure because of the service and bad reviews?

• Not too sure about these reviews below as I have recently purchased a dress with The Pretty Dress company and had my dress delivered the following day by 9am!! Beautiful dress and fantastic customer service by the lady on the phone who was very polite and helpful when ordering this dress. Thankyou Pretty Dress company and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

• I ordered 2 dresses, both the same style and both size 10, the red was extremely small even though I used their sizeing measurements, and the black was extremely large. It turns out the red was a 10 top and an 8 skirt and the black was about a size 14 all over. Delivery and refunds too forever and many, many phone calls - ridiculous service.

• Same as many above - the delivery took ages. When I called to query it, it took them 7 minutes (really, I timed it) to locate my order. It arrived with a stain. Returned and a new one sent out fairly quickly. Quality of garment is very good.

• Just like all the other reviewers, I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago. The money was taken from my account straight away but the dress still hasn't arrived. My emails haven't been answered. I've tried ringing but there is no answer. I'm going to cancel the order and try to get my money back, the customer service is terrible.

• A terrible company with shocking customer service. Postage is £6 yet my dresses took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. (My emails of enquiry were ignored when chasing up). When the dresses did arrive, they were poor quality and therefore terribly overpriced. It cost me £10 to return them and two weeks later I have still not had a refund. My email of complaint has also been ignored. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

• Just like Loraine... ordered on 9th May. Dress didn't turn up until 2nd June!! This was despite emails, and opening Paypal cases. Eventually we asked to cancel the order, but they still sent the dress (later than they had promised, and on the day of the event so very lucky it fitted) Rubbish service. Avoid.

• Ordered a bolero end of April. It arrived 2 sizes to small. Returned and promised another 1/6/12.... still nothing 6/6/12. RUBBISH SERVICE... Refund and never again

• ordererd 3 dresses for a business trip nearly 2 weeks ago still waiting...I will be shopping this weekend and returning my purchase's when ever, if ever they arrive. shoddy service no tracking device
