• I agree with the comment above i had to chase policy document 4 times before receiving my copy. They are happy for your business but once you pay thats it dont expect much afterwards apart from them wanting your money at renewal. There are alot better brokers around perhaps not as cheap but i myself would prefer to pay slightly more for better service. I dread to know how they treat you if you have an accident or need to make a claim - my answer is they will step back and tell you to contact the insurance company rather than help with your claim but isnt this why you take insurance through a broker??

• Keep away from this branch. Policy documents dont get sent out, takes days for call backs. If you ask for something to be done unless its new business they dont want to know.
