• An appalling company. I sent two chainsaw blades of for sharpening. They mixed up one of mine with someone else's (this was the wrong size). It took me four weeks, three telephones and an extra postage cost to get my proper one back.

• Ordered a chainsaw and other items costing £1000 over a week ago. Although items are in stock they still haven't shipped the order and no one seems to know what is happening. Each time I phone the person who is dealing with the order is not available. Looks like I will now have to contact the credit card company to pursue the issue.

• I purchased some hedge trimmers from Ramages which broke down after less than 20 hrs. of use and because I had issues with this I was told a man called Stuart was the only person who could deal with this. I left messages for Stuart to ring me and called into the shop on a number of occasions only to be told Stuart wasn't available after 3 weeks of this I gave up and will now probably pursue the matter through the small claims court.
