• every time I buy anything from this shop I have to take it back. they are nothing more than a glorified second hand shop. all boxes have usually been tampered with indicating that the said items have been taken back many times. a complete waste of time and money. don't shop there!!!!!!!!!!

• We have been shopping with Ramsdens since they were a small shop in the 1950's, they have always been good value for money and family friendly orientated with their customers. Staff have always been friendly, helpful, smartly dressed and polite. Management personally present themselves on any issues one might have to discuss. However, today (10-12-2010)store entrance (main carpark) was an A-rated HSE disaster. The area was thick with compact ice, other shoppers could be seen walking from their parked vehicles to the entrance with a horrible fear of slipping. What a difference a spray of salt and grit would make to the safety of their customers. Managment have let themselves down completely. The business relies on customers to survive, they obviously want our custom but have complete disregard for our safety. The side road to the rear entrance was more suitable for a tank or rough road vehicles.
