• This is a copy of a email sent to head office Hi, I have just come off the phone from speaking to one of your sale assistants at the HARLOW Branch' 19.37 Monday 24th June, My inquiry was about a vacuum cleaner I wish to purchase I wanted to know Price and model Number. The response I got was first of all passed on to a home Furnishing assistant who then after I asked my question went silent, I said are you there she said yes, so I asked my question again and asked do you sell vacuum cleaners She came back with yes so I asked again would it be at all possible you could tell me the price of a vax cleaner you have in stock, her response was they are at the other end of the shop, I said oh oh erm.... I did not know what to say, she then said you should come in and have a Look for yourself. After explaining that I am busy at work she said we only sell uprights, with that I said not to worry I'll buy from Argos. To be honest I have never had this from any shop assistant in 53 years of being on this Earth It was the best example of how not to treat customers. If you record your telephone inquiry's This would be perfect training material
