• conflict of interest landlord works for them ok so my daughter viewed a property in stockport loved it, completed all docs paid fees, and passed credit checks. She was then told the property was hers as this had been confirmed by the landlord after reeds rains communicated with him. Today 23/04/2014, she was told the landlord changed his mind and was not going ahead. I rang reeds rains hazel grove for an explanation and spoke to the manager there who explained to me that some landlords are nightmares and this often happens. I then spoke to my daughter again, amazingly it turns out that the landlord actually works for reeds rains. A conflict of interest how can this happen.
