• My husband been there today with my 3 boys to cut hair, very poor service, my kids got mountains on their heads. Never ever go back again. Now I need to go to different hair cut salon and pay again for the job.

• Decided to close 10 minutes early, as they apparently didn't have enough time to do my hair cut (short back and sides). There was nobody is there and they even left early. Wonder why they didn't want to be doing my hair. Poor customer service

• I went there for a colour half head off foils and cut. Too speed the process up they put me under a drier and over processed my hair. It ended up frazzled split snapped and frizzy. I have had to have all my long hair cut off because of them. They did try to correct the colour and condition but what could they honestly do after ruining my hair with an unprofessional service and hairdressers without an knowledge of the products and what they are doing. I received a poor service and would not recommend them to anyone

• Took my 3 yr old here for her hair cut after working on her getting it cut for a few days. Walked in and she got upset so trying to soothe her and the hairdresser just carried on putting the gown round her not giving me time. I said just a trim but she just started hacking it taking at least 1 1/2 inches off, didn't talk to her at all to say what she was doing. Just said if she isn't comfortable then shall we leave it. For a full trim and fringe it took all of 5 mins. Got home and one side is longer. Could have done it better myself!!!! Would never go back again!!!
