• Not impressed with the service from this dealer at all! I bought a scooter from them for my son in Dec 2013 via ebay. It was being sold with the V5 present and 12 months tax. I hired a van to pick it up from Chatham and bring it back to Gloucestershire. The V5 wasn't present but I was assured by Regency Motor Co that it would be sent off to the DVLA..it never arrived and I had to apply for it myself in the end. There was also no tax on the vehicle and the battery was duff. They eventually provided the tax disc for me and told me that they would reimburse me for the cost of a new battery if I sent them the receipt, which I did on 11 December 2013.. I'm still waiting for cost of the battery of £38.88 along with the £20 for the cost of the V5.
