• The girl taking the booking on the phone has not got a clue what she is doing I have just a complete wasted journey this morning for a 8.30am appointment, not feeling very confident that the girl I spoke to on he phone knew what she was doing I got my husband to wait for me in the car for a few minutes, just as well as they did not have me down but someone of a similar name complete waste of time and complete amateur on the phone such a shame because once you can past that I have been pleased with my hair, I wont attempt to book again I have not got the time to waste and there was not even a apology
