• DO NOT GO!!! Terrible service. Took drink orders after being there for 15 minutes, then brought the starters out before the drinks (I had to remind them that we had not received them) Some people had finished their starters when others had still not arrived. Tables across the restaurant left with dirty plates for over 30 minutes. When the mains arrived there was very little meat on them (5 small pieces of chicken in a sweet and sour chicken dish) 6 people ordered their own rice but they brought out 4 big bowls and placed them in the middle. Staff were not very good and would help if they could speak fluent English. Will never go again.....EVER

• I went to the Rendezvous with two friends 21 November 2012 for lunch. The service was appalling, very inefficient and lazy staff. I ordered vegetarian cannelloni and was told they didn't have it. So I then ordered chicken chasseur. I was still waiting for my starters (the others had nearly finished theirs) when a waitress told me they didn't have chicken chasseur. So at the third attempt I ordered beef stroganoff. Let me tell you it was NO beef sroganoff, just a few slices of beef with gravy on top. Absolutely terrible. I will never enter this place again.

• Awful waited over an hour for our starter then it was approaching 2 hrs and still no main course. We left , as this is dismall service complete and incompetent staff All around us there were people complaining This place is useless as to managing orders going in and out of the kitchen They need to sack the chef he's so slow wasn't even busy when we arrived very disapointing ,

• Rendezvous is a fantastic Cantonese restaurant in Swansea. The ribs are to die for, as is the Cantonese steak and Satay Pork. Service is second to none and the atmosphere is brilliant. Would highly recommend for all ages, and there is even an English menu is you don't like Cantonese.
