• Did not honour the Groupon coupon as specified. Untrained (or just very bad) people working there. "Relaxing" facial from a girl who reeked of smoke. Very cheap products used for the treatments. We were blamed for going over the allotted time because it was a hot day and the nail polish was taking a long time to dry! Unprofessional and should be avoided.

• Had a wonderful afternoon with my sister. The massage was fantastic and all the staff were lovely.

• They treat customers disgracefully.They cancelled appointments several times on the morning of appointment(thats if you manage to contact them). They then would not honour voucher deals. Abysmal customer service

• worst experience , therapist not frofessional, I had sore back and suffer with terrible pain after having massage. They use dirty and smelly towels. They not professional at all

• Worst ever experience.. First they haven,t updated their new address on website. They may be cheap, but not professional at all. Use dirty smelly towels. I had sore back and suffer back pain after having a massage, and therapist didn't,felt sorry after I complaint to her shows how unprofessional they are, who don,t know about customer care. Not recommended

• Disgusting hovel. Therapists if you can call them that are rubbish. Treatments done in cellar which stinks damp with mouldy walls and cubicles as treatment rooms. Very dirty im surprised its still open.
