• 4 years ago my old car waiting for a service and I returned at the agreed time only to be told that " we have tried to contact you as you need new brake pads and disks all round". I knew they did not require such items so I refused only to be told the car may be dangerous . I took my vehicle away and got it inspected by 2 independent garages to be told they were fine. I did change them some 9000 miles, 18 months later. I have now another ford which is under warranty and have returned to right car to have a fault sorted. When I called to book it in for a faulty temperature sensor I was given my date , it went in, I returned 9 hours later to be told indeed it needed a new sensor ( 9 hours to diagnose what I booked it in for). They ordered the part and forgot to call me, 5 days later I had to call them, I am currently sat in the waiting area , my car was booked in for 0820 , I was here early. It's now 0900 and my car has not moved! This is the worst garage in Beverley for servicing. Terrible staff and systems. Stay well away is my advice

• Prices are reasonable. Got a good price for my car and sorted a good deal without too much hassle. Would use again.
