• The Rising Sun is a great place for a few drinks or for a meal. Staff are friendly and the menu has a good variety of excellent food. Have tried several dishes as well as going in for Pie Night on Tuesdays and Fish and Chips on Wednesday. I have never been disappointed. Well worth a visit.

• if you wish to have meal in The RisingSun do not sit in close proximity of the bar unless you wish to have your ears bombarded with foul language emanating from a local man in grey who obviously needs to be noticed. his behaviour seems to be condoned by (owner manager &staff alike.
