• Mostly excellent removal service over two days from their driver team. However please note the following :( Beware they do not refund deposit after saying they would (to my face) for returned boxes £75 which is now subject to credit card dispute. After them saying, “we forgot to pick up the used boxes” from my vacated dry garage In the end I took the boxes to their storage yard myself and waited 20 minutes for their son to arrive despite the mother booking me in advance. They said they would refund me for the boxes the following Monday. I actually found out they were not refunding until I chased them up twice. For a family run firm I’m surprised by their lack of customer care. Despite a smooth move this left a sour taste overall … and because of this alone I would not recommend this firm.
