• On delivery told time was not delayed - after waiting 45 mins, phoned and told 'on way'. 10 mins later arrived with cold food. Tried to reheat in microwave and left it tough and unedible. Husband phoned to complain and got told credit on account. I found this unacceptable and phoned to ask for either replacement delivery or refund so we could get food. THEY HUNG UP ON ME! left with £18 down, no food and a very bad taste in mouth - all I could recommend is that you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NEVER EVER had customer service like it. Mistakes can happen - it's how things are rectified - and in this case - ROBERT SMITHS NOT OUR PROBLEM.
