Having had an appointment booked for 3 weeks for a perm, they called on the morning of the appointment to cancel as I had not had a skin test, no one mentioned this when a made the appointment, no one tried to contact me before the day, this is 1 week before Christmas, with no more time off from work until Christmas day, no other kind of apology nothing, very very poor show for a salon that claims to be professional.Rating history and distribution
