• i found Romsey Car Centre to provide excellent service. After purchasing my Mondeo I realised there was only one key fob with no blade. They immediately booked my car into a locksmith and paid for the lock to be removed and a new key made. Three weeks later a fault developed with my parking sensors. RCC sent an auto electrician to my house and supplied and fitted two rear sensors at no cost to myself. I will definitely buy from them again. Many thanks Romsey Car Centre.

• The car I bought is fine although I'm still waiting for the registration document to arrive and for them to replace a faulty glove box, minor issues that could be sorted quickly providing better customer service !

• Rubbish. Thank heavens these people are only car salesmen and not in public office or we would be in a mess! I tried to buy a car from them - I'm still waiting for the call back, despite promises and no response also to my emails. But maybe I've had a lucky escape - if they are like this when you want to buy a car, what are they like when you have a problem with them one you DID buy???? Hopefully the rest of the UK's commerce isn't run by second-hand car dealers otherwise we'd never get out of the mire!

• I went to four different garages looking for a new car ,before I had the unfortunate pleasure of going to romsey car centre. Firstly I had been offered the same price at all four previous garages for my car, so I knew exactly what they should have offered, but the salesman tried to scam me by offering me five hundred pounds less, and when I argued the point he was just dismissive and rude, so I walked away.Ten minutes later I get a phone call offering me the book price ,which I knew it was worth.He had also upset the lady in front of me by offering her £1000 less for her car. I would strongly recommend going to a reputable car dealer and not one clearly trying to scam as much as they can from you. Arthur Daley and Del Boy springs to mind, I would avoid like the plague.
