• Absolutely agree with all the previous negative reviews. The initial meeting with Les in December 2020 (plans still unresolved as of April 2021)filled us with very high expectations, from then on The few responses I have received from my chase up emails have been, at best, vague. The level of service is absolutely appalling.The only efficient part was asking for our money. We are left thoroughly disillusioned and £1400 worse off. I really should have researched the company more thoroughly,please learn from my experience and avoid them at all cost.

• Absolutely agree with all negative reviews. First appearance- great and professional, then they just disappear on holiday, do not answer phones or emails. Waste of time, extremely stressful. My mistake- next time I will search the whole internet for reviews first!!!

• I can fully sympathise with the 1 star reviews already posted on this page, I've been through a similar experience with this company and ended up having to employ a different architect (recommended by my builder) to sort out the numerous mistakes in Lee and Les's drawings, costing me an additional £400. Fundamental things were wrong with them, the ceiling heights didn't align with the existing building, a concrete lintel was suggested when a steel was required to support the load and the roof height was wrong which was critical to planning. The revised drawings showed just how short of the mark the original ones were, I only wish I'd met the architect I used in the end at the start of the process and avoided Rosenthal Architectural altogether - they clearly do not know what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!

• We hired Lee and Les in February 2013 to look at putting a second floor onto a bungalow, the project progressed to a demolition and a new build. the application submitted by them was incomplete which partially lead to the first application being denied because information wasn't supplied. The poor quality of drawings and insufficient information made it almost impossible to get quotes from the trades. Poor design lead to failures at building regs stage, chimney unfit for purpose and a loft that was unusable as the stairs didn't come up into the head height required! Because of poor advice we nearly incurred an additional bill of 24K that they completely washed their hands off! communication was poor throughout, we had to constantly chase them, they ignore phone calls and emails and I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company.

• I hired this company (now trading as Rosenthal Architectural Services) to produce drawings and go through the planning process for an extension to a residential property. Following a professional start (all seemed ok), once they'd received the first payment for initial drawings their behaviours/ level of service started to change for the worse. The production of the final drawings, required to get quotes from builders, took ages and missed the dates I'd informed them I required them by even after chasing up a number of times and setting clear expectations and receiving acknowledgement that this would be ok. Then came the planning process which continued in a similar manner - documentation submitted a couple of months after instructed to do so in spite of implying it was already being processed, which later found out it wasn't from LA. Throughout the process they were evasive, would ignore emails and phone calls and either not reply at all or reply a number of weeks later if lucky - all in all very inconsistent with communications and have an attitude to client communication that I've not experienced before in professional services. In summary I would not recommend them at all - unless of course you enjoy wasting your time chasing someone up who sets expectations and fails to deliver to them on a consistent basis!
