• It would be wise to AVOID this branch. The staff are very unprofessional. They always treat my like an idiot and generally give bad service. I would describe them as NEDs with a bad attitude. I once overheard a Polish man being served and they were refusing to do what he wanted (his request was normal), and were taking advantage of his poor English and being pretty rude to him. I thought that was disgusting. I could rant on about my experiences in there considerably... the best thing is to go to the branch at the top of Leith Walk/Leith Street and get a very nice, polite, professional service as you would expect!

• i have been trying for 2 days to get through to this bank, i cant discuss my student account with anyone else but my branch and cant physically go in, its a nightmare

• i find it very hard to cominicate with bank staff as they very rarely answer the phone. perhaps it is time more staff were employed at branch level
