• My comment pretty well coincides with the one you already quote, viz. "1 star review: It is impossible TO RING THE OXFORD branch and get through -- they simply cut you off without apology. In the absence of an email address, they leave you with no option but to stick an expensive stamp on a letter or change banks...." In my case. elderly and living in Italy, I am not in a practicable position to change banks - but I can at least send an urgent plea for a simple on-line facility, for simple general information about money matters. e.g. I want to send some cash to cousins in Canada - PLEASE - How can I find out your charges for this??
