• Purchased car for nearly £22000 Told on delivery that only one key available and no manuals /books After nearly 3 weeks, lots of phone calls , emails, talking, still not resolved and my claim for £100 compensation flatly refused Then today , rear camera on my 5 month old Focus fell out of it's mounting. Looks like blue tac underneath was holding it in !!
