• Further to this comment today which was made rashly I have to say, my dispute with the dealership has been resolved. It was due to circumstances beyond their control and I was at fault for believing I was being shined on when it was compleatly untrue, so please disregard my rather hasty previous comment which was made when I was dissapointed. Apologies to the team at Hursley Hill, they were on my side after all and my rating improves as a result.

• Without doubt this is the very worst car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They advertise themselves as being a family buisness and yet they rival anything shady the east end of London can throw up. I strongly urge people to bypass this dealership after a horrible experience there myself.
