• Yummy curries - we always go to Saffron to get takeaway curry - the service is very friendly, prices competitive, not long to wait and the food is delicious!

• Used to eat here regularly until the portions were cut in half. Food is good, not great and service friendly yet slow. There's a constant breeze through that awful glass door.

• Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the area. I travel from Exeter (about 25 miles) to get my Indian food here. No Indian restaurants in Exeter to come close, and I believe I have tried them all. The staff are lovely, the restaurant is clean and very well maintained. They gave me a free stater with my meal, I am used to free popadoms or salad from most places, these guys gave us a starter worth about £4 on a £17 order. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves Indian food. As you wont find any as good anywhere within mid Devon area. And as I say, I have tried probably over 100
