• Advertised '5d russian lashes' but what I got was short stubby lashes that looked nothing like the advert, and a patchy spray tan. Management asked me to come in for a refund then refused it me...very condescending and rude and made out I was lying. Said that other lah technicians who do them long and thick are breaking the law. Am taking to trading standards. Don't waste your money!
