• Had a fantastic time at Samantha K's this weekend. The shop is beautiful and like a treasure cave of beautiful outfits, shoes, bags and hats. The icing on the cake has to be the fantastic staff. They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and experienced. Sam made us feel at home and helped us select the perfect outfit. I hope I get the chance to visit again soon!

• The way she has treated my mother was absolutely appalling. After buying 2 outfits there & hat, shoes & a bag MONTHS before my wedding - she failed to have the hat in stock until the day before my wedding & when we went to collect the hat it was the totally wrong colour & did not match the suit that also had a distinct stain on the bolero! Samantha didn't even have the decency to speak to me on the telephone despite countless requests!!! Absolutely disgraceful leaving us rush around looking desperately for a hat with less than 18 hours before my wedding!!! Then the icing on the cake was that she wrote a letter & posted it to my mother the day of the wedding saying her second outfit that is for another occasion in October has been sent it to the seamstress & my mother would have to arrange a fitting with her!! NO APOLOGY FOR THE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!!! - these incidents nearly ruined my wedding day & dreadfully upset my mother & I during a time that should have been special for us!!!!
