• Food arrived with no sauce (it was a kebab) I called to tell them as I specifically said what I wanted when booking (and they charged me for it without telling me) It was a £10 kebab The guy I spoke to on the phone said he would send a driver round with my sauce, I waited whilst my food went cold and guess what the driver did not show. I called to complain and was told I had to call the following day to speak to Sam himself Sam did not listen, even though I paid HIS premises CASH he said I had to WRITE to head office????? Appalling experience, why take someone's cash at a premises if you are not willing to hand it back when things go wrong...? I wrote to head office no one got back in contact. If you want to have a bad customer service experience I'd highly recommend visiting here
