• I would stay well clear of this one as a customer, but not as a labourer. Chimney sweeping labour cost: £90 per chimney (inc VAT). The two guys were hardly there for half an hour. Leads me to conclude that they pay their staff better than footballers.

• Absolutely DREADFUL after service. Sold a Chensey Stove to my mother in law. It broke down after a few months and 3 months later they have dobe NOTHING to help. We have phoned a ridiculous number of times and each time told "Bill is busy but will phone right back" He never does. They are quick enough when they want money !!pity the lowest rating is 1 star.

• Had a brilliant stove fitted by the Scottish stove Centre and have to say that the service was excellent. The guys were incredibly tidy, and clean. The stove has since saved us money on our electricity bill. Whilst they might not be the cheapest, the advice they give is clearly backed by years of experience. They clearly know the industry and give you the feeling that they when they install it you are in good hands.

• Absolute disgrace. Shocking customer service 3 months for a quote constantly dismiss phone calls. The stove broke after only 3 weeks use and we were charged for the new part after constantly never returning our calls we had to buy the part online from another company and fit it ourselves. We were completely ignored by the staff in the shop when buying most likely cause we didn't pull up in range rover as a customer did and was served immediately. We are now in the process of installing a further 2 stoves in our house but will never go near this place again. Horrible experience. And just for the record they wanted £3.400 for installation only and my builder who is also a stove installer did the work for £1.200 an idea of the ridiculous prices these charge .

• Absolutely shocking customer care twice apologised and said would call back. That was just for a quote god knows what it would be like to get the work done.
