• Excellent eyebrow service, I have been going for 5 years now and I have never had an issue. Perfect shape every time and very welcoming.

• The first time I went I was very impressed. The owner did my eyebrows and advised me on shape. She was welcoming and knowledgable. Left very happy. She advised me to grow them for a while to get an even better shape next time. By this point my eyebrows were thick enough but with good shape. Second visit I had another girl....disaster. She threaded and threaded and cut away. The experience alone was uncomfortable as her fingers were pressing into my eyeballs and she kept resting her hands all over my face. I thought she had been at it a while. Then I looked and almost cried! The end was thicker than the beginning! One was arched, one was round. They were soooo thin. As in pencil thin! So they now look like they have been pencilled on by a 3 year old. I told her and she said "sorry, I cut too much away!" The manageress came in and didn't even bother to help. She just took my money and talked away to her assistant. In short, go there at your own risk. I will never go again. I'd rather pay extra and have nice eyebrows than cartoon thread bare ones!
