• Memorable and hugely nice experience on 12 June 2022 at 10.30 am: a young taxi driver came to Upton, Wirral, to pick us up at our friend's home. We were going into Liverpool to our car rental pick-up station. Unfortunately, at the address on our voucher, the car rental pick-up station was no longer situated, and we could not find out about the new location. Nobody on the old premises knew anything about the new place and nobody would answer the phone number we had at hand. The taxi driver was soooooo very kind and helped us with getting the new address and driving us there. He even didn’t want to accept any gratuity! A million thanks to you, unknown young man, and best wishes for you, for all you do and forever. You have a special place in our hearts!
